化学工学を学び、プログラマとして社会人をスタート。システム・インフラ領域を経て、会社経営を12年、デジタルマーケティングを経て、いまはデータエンジニアとして Azure / Microsoft Fabric 上のデータ基盤と AI 分析を作っています。Started as a programmer after studying chemical engineering, then moved through systems and infrastructure work, then 12 years running a company and a stint in digital marketing. Today I build data platforms and AI analytics on Azure / Microsoft Fabric.
経営者として「数字を見て決める側」にいた時間が長いので、ダッシュボード1枚作るにも「誰が、何を決めるために見るのか」から逆算します。技術的に正しいだけで終わらせず、現場と経営の両方に使われるデータ活用が得意分野です。I design every dashboard backwards from "who decides what with it". Not just technically correct — data use that both the floor and management actually use.
技術の話だけで終わらず、経営者の隣で「何から手をつけるか」を一緒に決める立場でも動けます。経営計画、資金調達、人事、M&A まで、社長が実際に悩んできたテーマを自分でやってきたので、相談相手としても話が早いと思います。I can also sit beside the CEO and decide where to start — not just talk tech. Having handled planning, financing, HR and M&A myself, I understand the questions owners actually face.
